After a through intake with each client to discuss wants and needs, you will be able to decide down to the complimentary aromatherapy scent as well as choose between our signature oil, lotion or gel for product usage on you during the session. Combination of well known techniques such as swedish massage, deep tissue, pin&stretches and myofacial to address clients issue spots to receive relief. Whether it is relaxation to your tendons, ligaments, and muscles or deeper work to those knots you just can't kick, or a mix (therapeutic session) this session is for you. 

A hot stone massage brings warmth and relaxation to the entire body or focus areas. Stones will be warmed to a temperature suitable to the client and then massaged over the body with hoba oil. Swedish Massage techniques combine with the Hot Stone Massage to work the heat deep into your muscles for ultimate loosening and unwinding. Deep Tissue techniques can be done if session is focus area. Must be booked in advance so stones have time to heat.

A myofascial release requires following the client's body roadmap slowly, through breathes and communication. Steady pressure is held throughout the session with holding and hooking techniques to release areas of tightness, as released you follow the new road to the next stop and continue till the area is all green lights. Sensations as trauma and injuries are released from the fascia is common. Swedish techniques can be used in between for calming.
